He also keeps abreast of, evaluates, and summarizes important legal decisions affecting his clients and their industries. Tim has authored articles concerning legal issues relevant to his clients and participated in presenting seminars to law students. He completed the International Association of Defense Counsel 2010 Trial Academy, which included instruction, demonstration, and performance of trial duties such as openings, direct and cross-examinations of lay and expert witnesses, and closings.
Tim is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law and The Johns Hopkins University. He is admitted to the state bars of Maryland, New York, and Pennsylvania; the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of New York; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Tim was born in Baltimore, Maryland but grew up in York, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of York Catholic High School. Tim is a member of the Jacobus Lions Club and provides pro bono legal work through the York County Bar Association. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Pappus House, a nonprofit residence that welcomes those who are near the end of their lives and are unable to stay in their homes.
Timothy Eskridge’s experience encompasses all aspects of liability and commercial matters, including providing advice to domestic and foreign corporations concerning product, transactional, and regulatory matters. He has handled litigation from inception through resolution, including extensive discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, appellate practice, and settlement negotiation. Tim has further provided clients with counsel concerning contracts, risk management, and regulations.
