He also keeps abreast of, evaluates and summarizes important legal decisions affecting his clients and their industries. Tim has authored articles concerning legal issues relevant to his clients and participated in presenting seminars to attorneys and law students. He completed the International Association of Defense Counsel 2010 Trial Academy, which included instruction, demonstration, and performance of trial duties such as openings, direct and cross-examinations of lay and expert witnesses, and closings.
Tim is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law and The Johns Hopkins University. He is admitted to the state bars of Maryland, New York, and Pennsylvania; the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the District of Maryland, and the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of New York; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Tim was born in Baltimore, Maryland and grew up in York, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of York Catholic High School. Tim is a member of the Jacobus Lions Club and provides pro bono legal services through the York County Bar Association. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Pappus House, a nonprofit that will provide compassionate end-of-life care in a homelike setting for individuals and their families in collaboration with their hospice provider.
Timothy Eskridge is a member of CGA Law Firm’s Litigation group. He is experienced in providing advice to domestic and foreign corporations concerning all aspects of litigation, commercial and regulatory matters. He has handled litigation from inception through resolution, including extensive practice in discovery, motions, trial, appeals and dispute resolution. Tim has further prepared and negotiated numerous types of contracts and agreements and provided clients with counsel concerning risk management and legal compliance.
