YORK, PA – CGA Law Firm is pleased to announce that Attorney Zachary E. Nahass has joined the firm as an associate. His legal practice focuses on the areas of business, labor and employment law, civil litigation, and school law with an emphasis on special education.
Prior to joining CGA Law Firm, Zach owned a private practice in Maryland advising small businesses and individuals in the hospitality and food and beverage industries. He also spent several years as a litigation associate in a boutique litigation firm advocating for his clients’ civil rights.
Licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Pennsylvania, Zach completed his Juris Doctorate from The American University, Washington College of Law, magna cum laude, where he was a member of The Administrative Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire.
