YORK, PA – CGA Law Firm is pleased to announce that Attorney Alan C. Green has joined the firm as an associate. His legal practice will focus on representing clients in all areas of civil litigation.
He received his Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and served as Executive Articles Editor for the Penn State Law Review. Alan received his Bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Clark University. He also received a Master’s degree in philosophy from American University.
Prior to joining CGA Law Firm, Alan served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Harry M. Ness in the Court of Common Pleas of York County, Pennsylvania. During his clerkship, he handled matters involving civil litigation, family law, and dependency.
Alan is an active member of the York County Bar Association, where he serves on the Publications Board. He is also a member of the Young Lawyer’s Division.

A shareholder with CGA Law Firm, Craig is a leader at the firm where he chairs the Municipal Law practice group and serves as solicitor to a number of local municipalities. His legal practice focuses on municipal law, real estate, bankruptcy and estate planning and administration.
He is also a leader in the community, contributing his time and legal knowledge to serve organizations such as the Gretchen Wolf Swartz Scholarship Fund, the York County Bar Association, and the American Red Cross York / Adams Chapter. He also devotes his skills and talents to those who cannot afford legal representation through his pro bono work. He has been recognized for his pro bono contributions from both the York County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. In the legal community, Craig has been selected to the list of Rising Stars in 2006, 2010, and 2013 by the research team at Super Lawyers.
As an award winner, Craig will be recognized at an event on Wednesday, October 16 at the Hilton Harrisburg, as well as in a publication to be inserted in the October 17 issue of the Central Penn Business Journal.
