York, PA (June 2014) – Shareholders at CGA Law Firm have announced the firm is joining the movement in offering a City Homeownership Incentive Program to employees. As of July 1, 2014, full-time employees purchasing their first home and living in the City of York will receive a financial grant for 15% of the purchase price up to a maximum of $10,000.
“As a company, and as individuals, we are collectively excited about all of the continuing revitalization efforts in Downtown York that materially improve the quality of life for those of us who live and/or work here every day,” said attorney Frank C. Countess.
Since the firm’s beginnings in 1989, CGA Law Firm has been an active supporter and partner in a number of the revitalization projects throughout the city. From MarketView Arts to the Parliament, a revolution is taking place in downtown York. “CGA encourages employees to get involved and to become active in the local community,” said Jeffrey L. Rehmeyer II, president. “With the Homeownership Incentive, the firm is encouraging employees to not only get involved but to also live and work in downtown York.”
