CGA Attorneys Appointed County Solicitors

York County Recorder of Deeds, Randi Reisinger, has appointed attorney Frank H. Countess to be solicitor to the Recorder of Deeds office.  Frank is chair of CGA’s Real Estate department, a licensed real estate broker, and a licensed title agent.

York County Coroner, Pamela Gay, has appointed attorney Timothy J. Bupp to be solicitor to the Coroner’s office.  Tim is chair of CGA’s Estate Planning department, is an Accredited Estate Planner, a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and also serves as solicitor for seven municipalities.

Richard Konkel and Eric Suter Named Partners

York, PA (July 2014) – CGA Law Firm is pleased to announce that attorneys Richard K. Konkel and Eric Suter have been made partners of the firm. “Both attorneys have made significant strides in their legal practices and we are excited they have joined our leadership team,” said Jeffery L. Rehmeyer II, firm president.

A graduate of Widener University School of Law, Richard K. Konkel concentrates his legal practice in the areas of domestic law, estate planning and administration, and real estate law. He advises individuals and families on life changing events from the purchase of a new home to planning for one’s estate. He also counsels individuals in emotionally challenging and complex family law matters, such as divorce, equitable distribution,child custody and support.

An historian and genealogist, Richard serves on the boards of directors for the York County Heritage Trust and the Southcentral Pennsylvania Genealogical Society. He is an avid musician, serving on the board of directors for the York Symphony Orchestra where he is also a member of the orchestra and plays the cello.

Eric Suter focuses his legal practice on representing businesses in complex civil litigation, shareholder disputes, minority shareholder freeze-outs, anti-trust, intellectual property, copyright, and construction litigation. An experienced litigator, Eric has represented Fortune 10 corporations before state and federal courts in complex class action and government-initiated litigation along with advising Fortune 10 corporations on domestic and international regulatory matters.

He received his J.D. in 1998 from the University of Colorado School of Law.
