Anthony T. Bowser will be speaking at the Hanover Area SHRM monthly meeting on the topic “A Maze of Labor & Employment Law Changes”.
Navigating your way through the complex maze of labor and employment law changes recently enacted and those pending can be a daunting challenge. Attorney Anthony Bowser will provide you a legal update on the changes taking place that will have an impact on your business. Key legislation he will discuss includes the ADA Amendments Act, FMLA, and Genetic Information Non-discrimination Act (GINA).
He will also provide an overview of the changes anticipated as a new administration takes command. These include the much anticipated Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA), the RESPECT Act, the Healthy Families Act, Civil Rights Act of 2008, and the Lily Ledbetter Fair Pay Act.
