Attorney Anne E. Zerbe, Chair of the Labor and Employment Law practice group, will be presenting at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute in Mechanicsburg, PA on the topic of "Family Military Leave Rules: New Leave Entitlement, Process and Developments.
- Understanding the parameters of "qualifying exigency" leave
- "Military caregiver" leave to address returning military members dealing with health issues, such as post traumatic stress disorder
- Amounts of leave and interaction of family military leave with non-military FMLA leave
- Processes that apply to family military leave, including notice, and new DOL forms
