York, PA (January 23, 2008) - Benjamin L. Pratt, attorney for CGA Law Firm, was appointed to the Board of Directors for The York-Adams Area Council Boy Scouts of America, one of more than 300 local councils throughout the United States promoting and supporting scouting. He was also appointed to The Pennsylvania School Board Association (PSBA) Labor Task Force. The task force was designed to gather testimony, conduct research and make recommendations on how Pennsylvania schools should handle strikes. Ben concentrates his practice in Employment and Labor Law, School Law and Construction Law.
Ben focuses his practice on labor relations and employment matters. He represents numerous public school entities throughout the Commonwealth, in addition to municipalities, contractors and other employers.
