Two CGA Attorneys Named By Super Lawyers
York, PA (March 2009) – Two attorneys at CGA Law Firm, Lawrence V. Young and Rees Griffiths, have been named by Super Lawyers magazine as top attorneys in Pennsylvania for 2009. Only the top 5% of attorneys who have attained a very high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement in the state are named by Super Lawyers.

Lawrence Young, an attorney for CGA Law Firm specializing in bankruptcy, is the only consumer bankruptcy specialist in York to be certified by the American Board of Certification. He is also one of the two Trustees appointed by the US Department of Justice to review all consumer bankruptcy filings for the Middle District of Pennsylvania that originate from York and Adams counties.
Rees Griffiths, focuses his practice primarily on commercial litigation for closely-held businesses. His practice also consists of employment, fiduciary, insurance and tort litigation. Rees is a certified mediator in both The Court of Common Pleas in York County and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania where he is called upon regularly by the judges
