CGA Raises $1200 for the American Red Cross - Fire Hurts Campaign

York, PA (July 2009) – The recent fires destroying 15 row homes on Chestnut Street in York has hit very close to home for members of CGA Law Firm. Some of us have friends who lost everything. Others have survived a house fire and know just how devastating it is to lose everything but the clothes on your back.
We were compelled to help our community and immediately began requesting donations from our attorneys and staff for the local Red Cross who is directly helping victims of the fire. In one day, we were able to raise $1,200 towards the “Fire Hurts” campaign. Every dollar raised will go to providing direct assistance to local families affected by fire in the form of food, clothing and shelter, and other necessities.
