Timothy D. Norton II
YORK, PA(December 2009) – CGA Law Firm is pleased to announce that attorney Timothy D. Norton II has joined the firm. Attorney Norton concentrates his legal practice in the area of employment and labor law, with an emphasis on affirmative action programs. He is also a member of the litigation, business and corporate law, and estate planning and administration practice groups.
A graduate from George Mason University, Tim earned his B.S. degree in public administration. In 2009, he completed his J.D. from Widener University School of Law, cum laude. While attending law school, Tim was recognized as Most Promising Civil Litigator and was the recipient of the Outstanding Service Award by Widener University School of Law. The Center for Forensic Economic Studies presented Tim with the Excellence in Litigation Award in 2009.
At GMU, Tim was a Division I Athlete on the Men’s Swimming and Diving Team. He competed in the 2004 United States Open Swimming Championship where he placed 3rd in the 400 Individual medley.
