CGA Law Firm is proud to announce the election of Frank H. Countess to the Board of Directors for the York County Agricultural Society. As a dedicated Life Member, Frank has demonstrated his commitment to the York State Fair and its mission to promote agricultural heritage in our community.

Frank’s election is a significant milestone, as he joins an esteemed group responsible for overseeing the oldest state fair in the United States, founded in 1765. His extensive experience and passion for community service will be invaluable as the Society continues to adapt and thrive.

“I am both honored and humbled at the opportunity to play a role in stewarding this iconic community asset during its next chapter!” Frank is also recognized as one of the 300 Life Members of the York County Agricultural Society, reflecting his long-standing dedication to the organization. His involvement extends beyond the State Fair, as he has been appointed to various boards, including his recent reappointments to the York City Redevelopment Authority and the York County Land Bank Authority.

Frank focuses his practice on real estate law and estate planning and administration. With a background as a licensed real estate broker and title insurance agent, Frank brings a wealth of expertise to his work. He previously served as the chair of CGA’s Real Estate practice group for 17 years and currently sits on the York County Board of View, where he helps resolve real estate disputes. His practice extends beyond these core areas, including business law and commercial transactions. He assists clients with estate planning and tax matters, real estate acquisition and liquidation, succession planning, business entity formations, and contractual matters. Frank works closely with other CGA attorneys in litigation, employment law, bankruptcy, and family law to ensure his clients receive comprehensive legal services. His approach is centered on developing a deep understanding of his client’s goals, allowing him to serve as a trusted advisor across a wide range of legal issues.

Frank Henisse Countess is a Shareholder with CGA Law Firm. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, business law, commercial transactions, and estate planning and administration. Frank was the chair of CGA Law Firm’s Real Estate Group for seventeen years, and is a licensed real estate broker and licensed title insurance agent. He also serves as a member of The York County Board of View, which resolves real estate disputes that arise in the York County Court of Common Pleas.
