Liliana G. Fisher is a bilingual attorney providing legal services to individuals and businesses in business, criminal defense, litigation, and real estate. Liliana’s litigation experience makes her skilled in managing all phases of legal action, from the investigation, pleadings, and discovery to the pre-trial and settlement. She uses her extensive litigation experience to represent clients in English and Spanish and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Before joining CGA Law Firm, Liliana served as a Deputy Trial Prosecutor in the York County District Attorney’s Office.
Liliana handles various criminal cases in her criminal defense practice, ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. She has worked on numerous cases dealing with DUIs, white-collar crime, drug-related charges, assaults, and other forms of misdemeanor and felonies.
In addition to her litigation and criminal defense work, Liliana counsels clients in real estate and business law matters. She represents clients in residential and commercial closings, providing an
opportunity to conduct the closing in Spanish, English, or both. She provides legal guidance to entrepreneurs and established companies to help them achieve their business goals. She advises on entity formation, contract drafting, and negotiations. Liliana presented Legal Sessions and Permits as part of the York County Economic Alliance BLOOM 101 class: How to Own a Small Business in Spanish. Liliana discussed choosing your entity type, registering your business, and more entirely in Spanish.
Before joining CGA Law Firm, Liliana worked at the York County District Attorney’s Office prosecuting juvenile and adult defendants. Through the years, Liliana has handled countless jury trials, achieving scores of primarily favorable convictions on behalf of the Commonwealth and the victims of York County.
Throughout her career, Liliana has volunteered her time to represent pro bono to those in need of legal services, earning one of the Annual Pro Bono Awards given for exceptional Pro Bono Service in 2020.
