CGA Law Firm is excited to welcome Mollie Bolton, Paralegal!

Mollie comes to CGA Law Firm from the York County District Attorney’s Office where she worked as a Paralegal in the Special Crimes Unit. The Special Crimes Unit handles pre-charge through post-sentencing of all sex crimes prosecuted by the Office of the District Attorney. She found the work challenging, constantly changing, and intellectually stimulating and took pride in protecting the community and upholding its values.

During her four years at the District Attorney’s Office, Mollie saw people at crossroads in life. Mollie was attracted to Estate Planning because she wanted to help families solve problems before they become problems. She wanted to build long-term relationships with clients and help them achieve peace of mind. Mollie joined CGA because of the firm’s reputation for excellence and deep commitment to the community. She is friends with several CGA attorneys and staff, so she also knew about the warm and collegial firm culture. She is excited to join the CGA Estate Planning Legal Team.

Mollie has always been a team player. Growing up in Spring Grove, she excelled at lacrosse and field hockey. Both sports helped her develop leadership skills, social interaction skills, a sense of camaraderie, as well as physical skills, friendships, and respect for coaches, teammates, and officials. In addition to being a varsity athlete, Mollie was a scholar whose favorite subject was biology.

With a strong interest and ability in the sciences, Mollie chose to major in nursing at Harrisburg Area Community College. What she enjoyed about her Nursing School Clinicals was being present as people faced life-altering health challenges or injuries and playing an essential role in their lives. Mollie’s transition to and appreciation for the field of law stemmed from her opportunity to work in the District Attorney’s Office where she was able to use her talents to assist people once a problem occurred. As a CGA paralegal, she will help clients plan their estates carefully to avert issues and crises.

Mollie’s most notable character traits are her integrity and strong work ethic, and these are the ones that most people associate with her family. Mollie’s father, Ron Bolton, is the well-respected CEO of Heidler Roofing Services, but each Bolton family member holds themselves to the same high standard.

Mollie enjoys time with her family, her fiancé, Dave, and their playful golden retriever, Nala. Her favorite activities are the ones she does outdoors and include hiking, biking, and fishing. She also treasures time each summer in the sand and surf at the beach.

Bright, compassionate, and skilled, Mollie is an outstanding addition to the CGA Legal Team!
