The 10th Sasquatch Preservation Trail Runs are here! The Sasquatch Preservation Trail Runs are some of Runner’s World magazine’s America’s Top Trail Races. The Sasquatch is all off-road, cross-country, and trail runs across varied terrain and elevation on FNLT (Farm & Natural Lands Trust of York) preserved farmland, woods, meadows, and streams. The 10k race includes steep climbs including over the historic Howard Tunnel/Rail Trail. Both the 10k and 5k cross the Codorus Creek near the finish. Runners for the 10k are slated to start first, with runners for the 5k starting shortly after so both end about the same time at the same finish line.

The Sasquatch Preservation Trail Run 5k & 10k benefits the Farm & Natural Lands Trust of York, which is dedicated to the preservation of prime agricultural and sensitive environmental landscapes. FNLT protects over 150 properties with over 13,000 acres being permanently preserved.
