What is What the Food Trucks?: An admission-free block party with dozens of food trucks. Penn Park is closed and then filled with food trucks and carts, local merchants, live music, and family-friendly activity. No admission; just pay as you go, and plenty of space to kick back. The event will take place rain or shine.
