Laws regarding marijuana have been one of the fastest evolving parts of the criminal justice system. In recent times, there has been an obvious change in the attitudes toward marijuana and its use in one form or another. Liliana Garcia is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State and received her undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University. Liliana is the only native Spanish speaking attorney in the York County Bar Association. She has managed numerous cases dealing with many diverse aspects of the law including DUIs, white-collar crime, drug-related charges, cases involving domestic violence, and other forms of misdemeanor and felonies.
