CGA is a Bronze Sponsor of this event. The York County Food Bank Iron Chef Competition is coming back again on Monday, October 3rd, at 5:30 p.m. at the Country Club of York! The point of this event is to demonstrate that the items the food bank collects and offers are more than just unwanted food. The York Symphony Orchestra was founded in 1933 and incredibly, performed without interruption from the Depression through World War II to today with a commitment to excellence in providing live orchestral music and music education to the people of our region. Currently, their roster is composed of 76 professional instrumentalists, and the 100 volunteer vocalists of the York Symphony Chorus. COVID-19: Aid to Vulnerable Businesses Announced Many businesses in York County and across the Commonwealth have already been deeply impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, as so many businesses have been forced to close their doors. The Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA) has already stepped forward to announce assistance in the form of working capital loans.
