His partners for this presentation included Attorney Jim Nowalk and Mayor Ron Harris. The webinar provided information to borough and city mayors regarding the respective roles of the two in the context of a municipal policing. “Brewing in York” with the York County History Center

Author Rich Wagner will present on the history of brewing in York from the borough’s earliest breweries to present day. – Rich Wagner has been researching Pennsylvania brewing history since 1980. In 1990 he brewed at Pennsbury Manor using reproductions of seventeenth century equipment. Two years later he worked with a cooper to make his own system to demonstrate the brewing process of antiquity at historical sites and festivals.
