CGA Law Firm expands into Gettysburg with the addition of landmark firm Hartman & Yannetti

Attorney Bernard A. Yannetti and the entire Gettysburg staff will continue serving clients from 126 Baltimore St., home to the Adams County practice since 1949.

CGA Law Firm announced today that Hartman & Yannetti has joined the firm, establishing CGA’s first Gettysburg office and continuing more than 75 years of legal service in the Adams County seat. Effective Aug. 28, the addition brings attorney Bernard A. Yannetti and the complete staff of 10 into CGA’s regional practice.

The move strengthens core practice areas in real estate and settlements, land use, planning and zoning, estate planning and administration, municipal matters and business law, while also providing clients direct access to CGA’s broader legal capabilities, including commercial and civil litigation.

CGA purchased the 126 Baltimore St. property, securing Gettysburg as a long-term home for the firm. The investment builds on Hartman & Yannetti’s decades of service and underscores CGA’s commitment to the county and the relationships the practice has established.

The Gettysburg addition marks CGA’s second new office this year, following Red Lion in May. Since January, the firm has scaled from 29 to 36 attorneys and expanded from three to five locations throughout York and Adams counties. This momentum solidifies CGA’s South Central Pennsylvania footprint and reflects a growth strategy the firm expects to continue across the region.
