YORK, Pa. (January 16, 2026) — Larry’s lifelong commitment to the legal profession was celebrated this past week, as he was recognized by York County Bar Association as an Outstanding Member. A tireless advocate for the Association and a longtime leader in the pro bono community, Larry has spent decades strengthening the legal community in York County. His dedication and service were fittingly honored with well-deserved appreciation.

Larry is a shareholder with CGA Law Firm, currently chairing the firm’s Bankruptcy and Debt Restructuring practice group. He focuses his practice on consumer bankruptcy matters, Chapter 11 and corporate reorganizations, debt restructuring, and workouts. Not only is he certified as a Consumer Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Board of Certification, but he is also one of only 25 attorneys who have this designation throughout the Commonwealth.
He is the past president of the York County Bar Association, the York County Bar Foundation, and Central Pennsylvania Legal Services. Larry has been an active member of the Pro Bono Committee of the YCBA since 1993, serving as Committee Chair for much of that time. His numerous community involvements and professional affiliations identify him as a leader in the York community, and represent the reasons why this recognition was much deserved.
CGA Law Firm is proud to honor Larry and celebrate his accomplishments.
“The last 50 years here have really been a labor of love,” said Larry. “More than a job, or even a career, it is a family.” His words exemplify the passion, kindness, and humility that make him a worthy recipient of the honor of Outstanding Member of York County Bar Association.
