Courtney’s diverse background includes 12 years of military service as a Chemical Officer and Civil Affairs Officer. Most recently, Courtney was deployed to Africa to support efforts in governance and stability operations to reduce conflict and promote security. Her commitment to rigorous standards and ethical integrity ensures that well-informed decisions are made swiftly, addressing both immediate needs and long-term goals.

Originally from South Dakota, Courtney has found a home in the community-driven atmosphere of York, Pennsylvania. This environment aligns with her values and influences her legal practice. She is a patron of the arts and also frequently attends sporting events; she even has visited all 30 MLB stadiums before turning 30. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys exploring York and supporting local businesses.
