A Gettysburg, Pennsylvania native, Jennifer earned her J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law and her B.A. in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Adams County Bar Associations.
