Summer M. Pannizzo

Overview

Summer M. Pannizzo works with businesses, families, and individuals across South Central Pennsylvania on the legal matters that shape how they build, protect, and transition what they have worked hard to create.

Summer earned her law degree from Widener Commonwealth Law School, where she received a Business Law Certificate. Her practice spans business law, estate planning and administration, real estate, and liquor and hospitality law. She advises business clients on entity formation, structure, and succession planning, while also assisting families with wills and trusts, probate, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Additionally, Summer handles real estate matters for both her corporate and individual clients.

Summer brings a distinct perspective to her hospitality clients. Her family has been in the restaurant business for generations, and she has worked alongside them her entire life. That firsthand understanding of how restaurants operate day-to-day shapes how she helps those clients navigate liquor laws and compliance, as well as structural decisions.

Outside the office, Summer serves on the board of Life’s New Beginning, a York-based nonprofit, and volunteers at the Pennsylvania Farm Show. She shares her life with a sweet schnoodle named Popcorn.
