CGA Law Firm expands regional footprint with new downtown Lancaster office

CGA Law Firm today announced the opening of its first Lancaster office at 130 E. Chestnut St., bringing full-service legal representation closer to individuals, families, municipalities, and growing businesses across Lancaster County.

The expansion reflects a period of steady regional momentum for CGA. It follows openings in Red Lion and Gettysburg and brings CGA to six offices across York, Adams, and Lancaster counties, supported by a growing team of 35 attorneys.

The downtown office features dedicated client parking, a rare convenience in the city center. It also establishes a local hub for clients seeking counsel in estate planning, real estate, business transactions, and complex civil and criminal litigation.

Attorney Derek T. Maninfior, a Lancaster County resident and member of the Lancaster County Bar Association, will be based full time at the new downtown office. Maninfior represents clients in a broad range of legal matters, with a practice encompassing civil litigation, criminal defense, business and commercial disputes, estate and trust litigation, and real estate matters.

CGA will celebrate the official opening alongside invited guests, clients, and community partners at a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted with the Lancaster Chamber on Thursday, Nov. 5.
