The Light of Liberty Award Ceremony recognizes the many volunteers and supporters from across the region who worked with the Pennsylvania Immigration Resource Center in 2021-2022 to provide services to vulnerable immigrants in Pennsylvania. PIRC’s volunteers and donors assist in a wide range of capacities: interpretation, pro bono legal representation, medical and psychological evaluations, and financial support.
