The York County Food Bank Iron Chef Competition is coming back again on Monday, October 3rd, at 5:30 p.m. at the Country Club of York! The point of this event is to demonstrate that the items the food bank collects and offers are more than just unwanted food. The chefs at the event will prepare an appetizer, an entree and a dessert using foods that the food bank commonly distributes. Not only is it an entertaining evening, it’s also a fantastic fundraiser for the York County Food Bank, which takes in collections and then redistributes them to over 125 agencies throughout the area.
