CGA Law Firm is pleased to announce that Elaine Phillips of Hanover has joined the CGA Legal Team. Elaine has served the Hanover community for over 28 years in Attorney Larry Wolf’s office, before Larry joined forces with CGA. Elaine’s legal experience primarily is in Bankruptcy and Debt Restructure, although she also has assisted with wills, estates, custody, and other areas of law.

Elaine was drawn to the legal field because she loves working with people. Her heart goes out to those facing difficult financial issues and she finds it rewarding to assist them in resolving their crises. She worked well with Larry and was delighted with his decision to join CGA. She believes strongly in the Firm’s core values, which include integrity, excellence, responsiveness, service, care, and creativity. She said that these are the same values that she thinks are important and strives to live by.

Elaine and her husband, Thomas, previously owned a produce company and have been married for 55 years. They have two sons and twin daughters who live in Virginia, Pennsylvania and Maryland. Elaine and Thomas have eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She is a kind person who prioritizes family, friends, and her community.
