The York County Veterans Outreach is the proud host of the annual YORKVET Golf Invitational – raising funds to support our York County Veteran (YORKVET) community. Each year’s tournament is a fun-filled day of golf, food, challenges, prizes, and camaraderie. We hope that you will support our effort by joining us as a tournament sponsor, or by donating a good or service to our exciting online silent auction. All funds raised by the York County Veterans Outreach and the YORKVET Golf Invitational directly impact veterans in York County.

The York County Veterans Outreach continues its mission by addressing individual veteran needs and financially supporting the local non-profits that assist veterans in our community. Through close partnerships with the York County Department of Veterans Affairs and the YORKVETNETWORK, we are continually able to address immediate and long-term needs as they arise. Our ongoing efforts help support: Bartz Brigade: The Trent Bartz Foundation, Central PA Food Bank MilitaryShare, the Zachary Clouser Foundation, EquiTeam Support Services, For the Love of a Veteran, Glenn Hope Care Farm, Leg Up Farm, On Common Ground, Roots for Boots, Veterans Helping Hand/Mr. Sandy’s Homeless Veterans Center, and the York County Veterans Fund.

Attorney Brent C. Diefenderfer served as an active-duty Army Officer and Judge Advocate (JAG) Attorney. In 2005, Brent was deployed to Iraq for a year as part of the elite 101st Airborne Division “Screaming Eagles” and acted as the lead counsel for all legal claims brought by Iraqi citizens against the U.S. Government within a 6,000 square mile combat zone.
