Families First Coronavirus Response Act: DOL Publishes Employer Notices and FAQs The Families First Coronavirus Response Act was signed into law March 18th, 2020. DOL Opinion Letter Clarifies Designation of FMLA Leave Questions

Foster Poultry Farms, Inc.), there was a question regarding whether an employee could choose to decline designation of a leave as FMLA, even if the leave was otherwise clearly qualifying.
