Frank H. Countess was elected Chair of the Board of Directors for the York Country Day School. Frank was named one of the 300 Life Members of the York County Agricultural Society, which runs the York State Fair, the oldest state fair in the United States founded in 1765. Mollie comes to CGA Law Firm from the York County District Attorney’s Office where she worked as a Paralegal in the Special Crimes Unit. The Special Crimes Unit handles pre-charge through post-sentencing of all sex crimes prosecuted by the Office of the District Attorney. She found the work challenging, constantly changing, and intellectually stimulating and took pride in protecting the community and upholding its values. Title IX Turns Fifty

On June 23, 2022, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Title IX, the U.S. Department of Education released its proposed changes to the existing regulations, inviting public comment. During her years at Susquehannock High School, Emily played tennis year round. Although we aren’t able to hold our blood drive here in our office as we have done prior to the COVID pandemic, we are still committed to helping hospital patients! CGA is hosting a Red Cross virtual blood drive and you can help make it a success. The goal of our virtual blood drive is for CGA donors to give blood at local community blood drives.
