Caputo Brothers Creamery and CGA
The Fall 2019 YRK Magazine featured an article about Caputo Brother’s Creamery owners, Rynn and David Caputo, and Attorney Mieke Driscoll. Caputo Brothers Creamery is the only cheesemaker in the United States that creates the fermented curds that can be stretched to make fresh and authentic mozzarella cheese.
